Tuscany headed by Chef Samuel Zucca introduces all-new menus for the season.
The new a la carte menus are focused on bringing out the true nature of the ingredients – their nutrition and taste.
Tomatoes are not cooked for more than twenty minutes, and olive oil is used at the last stage of preparation, according to its character. Taste Chef Zucca’s lamb rack, prepared with Zucca family’s traditional secret recipe, and black olive pesto gnocchi, which introduces a brand-new concept of Italian cuisine.
