The purpose of this agreement is to lay down the rights, duties, and responsibilities between 'THE PLAZA' website and its users.
Implementation of and Amendment(s) to the Agreement
This agreement comes into effect when it is disclosed to a website user on the main screen. 'THE PLAZA' agreement can be amended as long as it is not in violation of any law or regulation.
Use and Limitation of Service
Services available on the website are basically free of charge. The website shall be available for use 24/7 year round, except temporarily in the event of a national emergency, natural disaster, power outage, network failure, service equipment failure, heavy influx of service users, or regular system maintenance. When services are to be suspended for planned shut downs, service users shall be notified in advance. However, when services are suspended due to uncontrollable reasons beyond our control, prior notification cannot and will not be made.
Copyrights, trademarks, and other legally protected rights on the website belong solely to the website and may not be reproduced, transmitted, published, distributed, or broadcast, or otherwise used for profit by visitors or third parties without prior approval.
Duties of the Website Administrators
'THE PLAZA' will exercise its best effort in providing services over the website, excluding in unavoidable cases, such as service interruptions, stipulated in the agreement. The administrators will take appropriate action in response to opinions of complaints by users. If a certain period of time is required to handle a case, the user shall be notified of the reason for it and a timeltable for its completion or resolution. 'THE PLAZA' is also required to protect all personal information provided by users.
Duties of Users
Users shall not: modify information posted on the site; send information other than that specified by the site; or take any action that is in violation of intellectual property rights or trademarks, including copyrights, of 'THE PLAZA' and third parties.
Exemption from Responsibilities
'THE PLAZA' shall not be liable for website service interruptions due to natural disasters or any other force majeure. 'THE PLAZA' is not responsible for : service failures resulting from causes attributable to a user; failure of a user to gain expected benefits from the services; damages incurred by information acquired through the services; or damages intentionally or accidentally incurred by a user.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute between 'THE PLAZA' and a user in relation to website service, both parties shall conduct negotiations in good faith to resolve the dispute. Korean Law should apply in any lawsuit between 'THE PLAZA' website and a user.
Receiving Opinions and Handling Complaints
'THE PLAZA' takes each and every opinion of our customers very seriously. Our customers have the right to receive timely and sincere responses to their questions at all times. They may contact 'THE PLAZA' by phone 24 hours a day, even on holidays and weekends, and responses to inquiries by email, fax, or regular mail will be sent within 24 hours of receipt.
