In response to the current COVID-19 outbreak, we are observing the latest guidelines issued by the World Health Organization and Korean health authorities.

These include the use of a thermal imaging camera at the hotel entrance to monitor body temperatures, enhanced sterilization measures for shared spaces, and the provision of hand sterilizers to facilitate personal hygiene.

We have also introduced mandatory face masks and regular temperature checks for all associates, and have launched the “20/20 Campaign,” ensuring the maintenance of personal hygiene by washing hands for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.
